The Team Lead of Business Analytics is responsible for leading a team of professionals, ranging from entry-level to experienced, in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements, define project scope, and set objectives. The Team Lead supports cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly coordinated and directed. Key responsibilities include setting goals and operational objectives for the team, supervising and mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to policies, practices, and procedures. Additionally, the Team Lead prioritizes daily activities, drives process improvements, and coordinates cross-functional communication to enhance efficiency. They analyze business systems, market data, and trends, document and distribute new or revised processes and procedures, and provide recommendations to stakeholders and management based on their analysis.
