Insight Global is looking for a Supply Chain manager in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 10 direct reports of schedulers, planners, buyers, and logistics coordinators. He/She will drive KPI's for on time deliveries, managing inventory levels, consolidating and negotiating vendors, and developing monthly and quarterly billing and shipping plans. He/She must be able to delegate tasks and hold his/her team accountable following schedules and plans outlined.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or other related disciplines
Experience using an ERP and MRP system
Experience managing a team of 4+ employees such as logistics coordinators, schedulers, planners, buyers, inventory specialists, etc.
Experience working with vendors: consolidating vendor lists, negotiating contracts, reviewing current vendors
Manufacturing industry experience within supply chain
Developing, manage, and implement production schedules and plans
Experience with inventory and cost reductions, purchase price variants, on time deliveries, and creating monthly and quarterly bill & shipping plans
