A client of Insight Global in the automotive industry is looking to hire an administrative specialist to join their growing team in the Jacksonville, FL area. The administrative specialist will partner alongside the Sr. Administrative Assistant in assuring that goals and objectives of the Technical Training Department are completed on a timely basis. Those goals will consist of handling accounts payable for the department, managing technician rosters and check in for training classes along with ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) enrollments and payments for students. This role would also entail proctoring for the ASE testing that takes place weekly.

- 1 year minimum of hands-on Office Administrative experience
- Experience handling admin tasks: scheduling, calendar, filing, expenses, phone calls, etc
- Must be Tech savvy with MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
