Insight Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Technology Client Manger. This technology person will liaise with junior and senior operations personal in our clients Jacksonville office. Operations is a critical function that manages middle office, settlements , stock record & reconciliations. The individual should have strong SQL skills and experience with reconciliations. The role is responsible for taking user requirements, create specifications, enhance existing and coordinate with a global team across all time zones.

-5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or similar
-Strong experience with SQL (queries, performance tuning etc.)
-Strong Reconciliation process understanding
-Knowledge of Investment Banking products such as Bonds, Stocks, Futures, Options, Swaps etc.
-Business Intelligence experience
