A client in the finance industry is seeking a Collections Manager to join their team. As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections department and ensuring that accounts receivable processes are efficient and effective. You will manage a team of collection specialists, develop strategies to minimize overdue accounts, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Salary is roughly 75k. This is onsite M-F and hours are 9-6.

*Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
* Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* High level of integrity and attention to detail.
