This person will be joining the user experience team within the Ecommerce division and will primarily be responsible for supporting an identified gap to conduct desktop group research across 6 topics and heavily lean on competitive audit and analysis to identify trends. They will be collaborating across research and design teams to drive, conduct, and collaborate on user research to clarify and gain better understanding of the needs and desires of the target users, mapping out user flows/journeys, validating the concept + designs, and driving and synthesizing insights that will identify trends and drive decision making.

6+ years of UX research across both Qualitative and Quantitative
Experience with competitive audit and competitive analysis
Enterprise ecommerce experience
