Job Description

Insight Global is in search of a skilled Assistant Tour Manager to join our entertainment client's team on a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend into 2025. Working primarily on the road, a specific
schedule, along with paid time off, will be negotiated in advance of the start date. Successful applicants will join a team of touring event professionals and support staff who are responsible for our family-friendly, immersive touring experiences. We are seeking a customer focused professional with management experience and a keen eye for detail.

The salary expectation for this position is $80k-$85k depending upon experience.

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ years of experience working for a traveling event/festival
-Willing to travel 90% of the year across the U.S
-Experience managing a crew of contraction/laborers
-Experience delegating tasks and be hands-on in all aspects of the tour
-Experience managing budgets, cost control initiatives, inventory, and supply needs

-Experience working for experiential events/festivals
