Insight Global's client is seeking a skilled NOC Engineer II with a strong background in VoIP technologies. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring network performance, as well as configuring and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Additionally, this individual will be a resource to assist with Voice over Internet Protocol and provide expert assistance to clients in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of their phone systems. Pay range of $45-$60.
