Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an eager, organized Office Administrator to join the Office Management team for a large Engineering company in Maitland, FL. The office is very established but still growing rapidly. This person will report to the Office Manager, who oversees all of the Florida offices, and will assist with any and all office tasks within the Maitland office. These include, but are not limited to, office supply management, inventory ordering, stocking, fleet management, mileage tracking, event planning/coordination, arranging travel, equipment management, vendor communication and understanding office operations. This candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively while running the office with little supervision. We are looking for someone who is eager, independent, and energetic to spearhead communication and present ideas.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting or hospitality setting
- Basic experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
- Understanding and identifying the needs of an office and the employees
- Highly organized
- High School Diploma
- Event planning experience in a previous role

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced Excel functions: v-lookups, pivot tables, spreadsheet creation
