Insight Global's client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Orlando. This person will manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support, serving as the primary contact between the customer and the company. Your daily duties will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, tracking the delivery of necessary parts for service requests, and ensuring products are processed and shipped on time to meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics, maintaining strong client relationships, and addressing any issues needing resolution. Additionally, you will coordinate customer service needs with other departments to ensure effective service delivery, schedule work completion based on parts delivery, and perform data entry tasks. This position requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, proficiency in MS Excel, and the capacity to work independently under pressure. Pay range is $15-$18 an hour.
