Job Description
This organization is moving from Genesys PureConnect to Genesys Cloud. Currently they have 40 live agents on Genesys, and next week they will be adding another 400 , a few weeks later another 400, and so on. Currently they have a support team that is learning Genesys as they go, so the Genesys Cloud Support Admin will fill that gap. There is room for growth into the development side, but the day to day of this role is to troubleshoot issues related to SMS, phone calls, backend provisioning, fixing bugs, etc.
