Job Description

Our client is looking for an HR Director to join their team in Glendale, CA. The HR Director is a strategic leader responsible for managing and enhancing human resources functions across the state of California. You will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). You will collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Additionally you will oversee HR metrics and reporting, compensation analysis, HR policies and procedures improvement, and forecasting staffing needs. The salary range for this role is $120-140K total comp.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 7 years experience in senior HR leadership role within a healthcare organization.
Proven experience creating programs focused on process improvement and standardization
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
Masters degree
