Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Role Overview: The Senior Business Systems Analyst is pivotal in streamlining and enhancing technology systems to align with corporate objectives. This role spearheads numerous significant projects and initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution. Responsibilities include refining systems through comprehensive coding, rigorous testing, effective debugging, and meticulous installation of supportive software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic methods to expedite system implementation, leveraging both innovative and proven operational workflows.
* Collaborate closely with operational teams to convert business concepts into detailed requirements, ensuring outcomes are both quantifiable and attainable.
* Engage in proactive identification, exploration, and assessment of advanced enterprise applications and technologies to further strategic objectives in Technology and Digital domains.
* Translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications, enhancing system performance and resolving technical issues efficiently.
* Possess a profound understanding of systems analysis, adept at prototyping and integrating diverse systems.
* Excel in guiding and managing teams through transitional periods, fostering adaptability and resilience.
* Commit to the delivery of comprehensive business solutions by forging strong relationships with essential stakeholders, pinpointing business necessities, and executing the appropriate strategies and practices.
* Monitor ongoing projects to gauge progress and success, seizing opportunities for continuous improvement and adjusting to shifting priorities and organizational transformations.
Salary range of $90,000-$120,000
