Our client is looking for a contracts administrator to provide overall contract management and coordination of the support functions including the monitoring of commercial contracts across all departments of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO). This work requires familiarity with the subject matter of each contract, assist in public records requests & procedures and policies, implement improvement principles and techniques to contracts, and prepare reports of contracts and contracting duties. This position will partner with PBSO's Legal, Procurement, Budget & Accounting departments. This position is paying $30-40/hr.

* 3-5 years of experience in contract management in a leadership position/similar field
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excel Skills (pivot tables, v-look ups)
Contracts are managed through excel spreadsheet, several diff excel sheets, export info from excel into emails (looking for a 8/10)
Plus to be able to make their own formulas, also use premade ones
Knowledge of procurement methods
