Salary: 135k-140k
My client in the natural gas/electricity industry, is looking for a Director of Physical Aviation Operations to join their team in the Miami location. This individual will be responsible for the safety and leadership of direct reports, operational protocol, logistics management, commercial integration, environmental regulations, and conservative management of the physical asset organization to achieve operational best practices. It is important that this individual has extensive knowledge of the health and safety requirements because they will be responsible for the Quality & Technical policy implementation within the company and ensuring it is in line with industry standards (JIG). Lastly, they will be overseeing a team of 4 direct reports, so it is important that they are personable, reliable, and have experience successfully managing a team.
