Epic Cupid Consultant

- Participate in a rotational ticketing system, providing guidance and training to analysts and assisting the team in managing SLAs for each ticket.

- Deliver phone support to end-users, offering solutions and education to ensure continuous system functionality and user competency.

-Support build, config, maintenance of new structure reports

-Support 3rd party integrated systems

-Lead Cupid analyst for successful build and implementation of Cupid Compact Forms for echo and nuclear medicine.

-Lead Cupid analyst for successful implementation of Echo structured reporting project developing Echo and measurement SmartForms, including use of advanced scripting, SmartData element configuration, and advanced text generation.

-Lead Cupid analyst for non-invasive echo and nuclear medicine build.

3-5+ years of Epic Cupid experience

Epic Cupid certification

Proficiency with third-party cardiology applications such as Epiphany for EKG, hemodynamic systems, Mac-Lab, and Cardio-Lab

Design, implement, and maintain SmartForms and structured reporting within the Epic environment to streamline cardiology documentation

Manage and resolve issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely response and resolution

Strong experience with Structure Reporting (invasive and non-invasive)
