* Provides end user support for managers, schedulers and timekeepers with the timekeeping system.
* Act as resource and trainer for managers, schedulers and timekeepers to include coordination of training resources.
* Stays current with updates to timekeeping and scheduling policies and procedures.
* Monitors timekeeping activities and makes daily corrections to ensure optimum performance.
* Facilitates adherence to Orlando Health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
* Identifies and reports non-compliance with pay policies and practices to appropriate persons including site leadership, corporate payroll, human resources and other areas.
* Works with confidential and sensitive information including, but not limited to, team member data and organizational data related to timekeeping and scheduling documentation.
* Ensures all deadlines are met, including daily time and attendance input.
* Monitors and addresses missed punches on a daily basis and ensures they are at a reasonable level.
