* Develops, updates, and reviews planning documents.
* Primary OPR for development, publication, and maintenance of Civil Engineer Contingency Response Plan (10-201), Installation Emergency Management Plan (10-2) and other Emergency Management related guides.
* Coordinates plans and checklists for Senior leadership approval.
* Creates checklists and annexes in accordance with AF established guidance.
* Determines requirements; collects data; performs analysis; coordinates with affected agencies; on various Emergency Management topics.
* Provides briefings and answers questions for Senior leaders on Emergency Management tactics, techniques, and procedures.
* Maintains a library of Emergency Management publications both physical and digital.

o Must have received the USAF 3E9X1 - Emergency Management Specialty
* 3E951 - Journeyman skill level Cert
* Or the 3E971 - Craftsman skill level
o 5+ years of experience in HAZMAT setting
o Secret Clearance
