Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a Medical Office in Jupiter, Florida. This Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for checking patients in/out, confirming patient demographics are the same as their last visit and explain patient balances for payment. This office is extremely high volume, and the Receptionist could expect to receive between 100-200 calls per day. The Receptionist would use eClinicalWorks and previous experience with this software would be extremely beneficial. This role would require a candidate who has previous experience processing insurance, prior authorizations, running eligibility, navigating Availity or another RCM tool for insurance.
