This position will serve as the communications and information center for all incoming work requests for the campus. This person will provide essential support to students, faculty, staff, and visitors for the operational maintenance and sanitation of campus buildings.
Prioritize, validate, and distribute all incoming work requests for all main and satellite campus buildings
Respond to trouble calls/work orders, determine the best way to route them, and dispatch the appropriate on-call personnel
Update IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) work orders to serve as primary and permanent history of work dispatched, completed, material and time billed.
Monitor parameters of HVAC equipment, critical laboratories, server rooms and buildings utilizing computer monitoring software.
Respond to all alarms in accordance with standard operating procedures and as necessary, notify the appropriate on-call personnel.
