One of our clients is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Orlando! This role will sit within their Managed Services Division and be responsible for client support, vendor management, billing inquiries, and data entry duties. This team supports 3 main duties which include but are not limited to:
- Vendor coordination with 3rd party companies who are responsible for providing a service to this organization's clients.
o Ensuring quality service completion, crediting service issues, invoicing, etc.
- Change request management
o Requests to service changes, updating customer invoices, crediting customer issues, etc.
- Billing dispute/research
o Vendor invoices, credit calculations, billing reviewal, etc.
