Determine the mix of private-label and OE parts and accessories categories and lines that will allow AutoNation to maximize opportunities in multiple channels.
Ensure categories and lines chosen to adhere to all marketing, operational, and legal guidelines set forth.
Present new parts and accessories categories and selling channel opportunities and related business plans to leadership, including incremental benefits and associated investments/costs.
Leverage supplier relationships to enhance programs and incentives and evaluate potential new partners and business structures.
Design, oversee and drive parts and accessories sales programs and campaigns, as well as oversee marketing strategies and campaigns, both internal and external facing.
Optimize catalog mix, pricing, and sales strategies through our online parts sales channel (www.AutoNationParts.com) including OE parts, AutoNation branded parts, AutoGear accessories, tires, and other aftermarket parts.
Lead operations to deliver online orders efficiently through multiple drop-ship partners and AutoNation locations.
Ensure store-level and region-level associates have the support, systems, and resources needed to maximize opportunities with aftermarket parts.
Develop wholesale parts business in the target metro areas, by incorporating private-label parts into our B2B offering alongside with OE parts and by orchestrating the design and implementation of integrated supply chain, inventory management, sales and fulfillment operations.
Partner with technology teams to improve processes and systems for managing data.
Manage team of category managers, catalog managers, and pricing managers to ensure our product mix is competitively positioned in multiple sales channels.
Monitor metrics and performance of the chosen categories as well as the sales and financial performance (P & L ownership).
Report weekly / monthly / quarterly / annually on business performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA, post-grad degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in the fundamental understanding of auto parts business.
3+ years of leading department P&L.
Advanced proficiency in common analytics tools (pivot tables, v-lookup, graphs, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities that enable effective upward and downward communication flow.
Experience with supply chain and logistic issues and in negotiating with suppliers.
Highly motivated and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
Relocation to South Florida highly preferred, given the nature and intensity of exposure to the executive team of the Company.
