Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join a construction company here in South Florida! They will be joining the Digital Transformation team to understand business needs and requirements. This team is implementing a new project for the IRA and is at the beginning stages of it. This Business Analyst must have strong technical skills, as well as knowledge of business processes and systems experience. They will analyze and validate the business needs of project stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders, as well as gathering requirements to design solutions for the organizations various business processes. 70% of the role will be involved with meetings, documenting high level requirements, scopes, and assumptions, while 30% of it will be involved with helping validation, testing, and reporting. This Business Analyst will be responsible for creating process models, diagrams, and charts to provide direct to the team, using new and existing processes. This role requires the candidate to be on site 5 days a week!
