Job Description

Our client is looking for a Corporate Event Coordinator to join their Corporate Events team here in South Florida! This person will be assisting with multiple projects for various corporate events happening throughout the next several months. Responsibilities include but are not limited to budget management and expense tracking for events, handling event logistics, and managing atendee registrations and RSVPs, etc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Excel, for budgeting and logistic tracking, comfortable with Powerpoint, have excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish and capable of working independently ensuring all task get done in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience

- Excel (Vlookup, sorting, budgeting)

- Proficient with Powerpoint

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (must be able to read and write in Spanish)

- Independent working (self management)
