About: Insight Global's client is a leading provider of pool maintenance services, offering top-notch care and service to a wide range of clients. It is one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing pool service companies, that current services over 20,000 customers in Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona and was ranked #1 in 2019.
As a Pool Technician Sales Representative, you will receive hot leads channeled through their marketing department based on customer inquiries and requests for pool services. You will be responsible for setting those appointments with the homeowners, managing your calendar for appointments and customer information, visiting the sites where the pool is located and doing simple evaluations based on the pools, filtration, chemistry, circulation, and cleaning. Based on the initial review, you will then look to offer a service based on your findings and close the sale. You will also be very hands on performing the work and keeping your clients happy. The work will eventually be pushed off to their operations team so you can continue making new sales and servicing your new clients. If the issues are beyond your control, they have a Sr. Level mechanical team who is available to you to handle the more complicated requests. This team is growing rapidly, and they are looking to add individuals to their teams in Naples, Ft. Myers, and Orlando. You will be provided with an iPad for your daily work and if you are located far from the actual local office, you are able to partner with their local vendors to pick up supplies necessary before heading out for client visits.
