Job Description

Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. Your expertise in behavior-based interviewing, experience with hourly hiring, and ability to interface effectively with managers will be critical. Additionally, you'll engage with VPs and contribute to our company's growth. If you're passionate about talent acquisition and have at least 5 years of experience, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Behavior-Based Interviewing:

o Conduct thorough interviews using behavioral-based techniques to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.

o Evaluate candidates past experiences and behaviors to predict future performance.

2. Hourly Hiring in Field Service Industry

o Manage high-volume recruitment for hourly positions.

o Develop strategies to attract and retain hourly employees, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

3. Industry-Specific Expertise:

o Field Services or Field work recruiting experience

o Understand the unique requirements and challenges of recruiting for these sectors.

4. Effective Communication:

o Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

o Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns promptly.

5. Vendor Management:

o Work closely with external vendors to optimize recruitment processes.

o Ensure vendor compliance and maintain positive relationships.

6. College Recruiting and Job Fairs:

o Partner with the Marketing Team to organize job fairs, with a focus on college recruitment.

o Leverage your experience to attract young talent and build a diverse candidate pool.

7. VP Engagement:

o Interact with VPs across departments to understand their talent needs.

o Develop customized recruitment plans to meet their requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves

5+ years' experience as a Recruiter

Experience hiring in Field Service industry -- managing high volume recruitment for hourly positions

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Education, Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.

Proficient in sourcing strategies, including passive candidate sourcing and social media recruitment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
