A healthcare client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our healthcare team in Orlando, Florida. You will work onsite five days a week, providing technical assistance to end users in the hospital. Your main duties will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing end user devices and related desktop technologies for the hospital
- Supporting customer incidents and ticket requests using ServiceNow
- Imaging and configuring products in the enterprise environment
- Supporting special projects as assigned
- Partnering with the Desk Side Multimedia Technician to support conference rooms

- At least 2 years of Desktop Support Experience in a healthcare or enterprise setting
- Active Directory knowledge and skills
- Break/Fix Support experience
- Windows 10 Experience (and readiness to upgrade to Windows 11 this year)
- An associate degree in computer science or IT related field
