An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for an on-site AV Desktop Support Technician. This person will serve as audio visual subject matter expert for global AV technician teams. Provide daily maintenance on local AV and conference room equipment. Provide strategic direction on company-wide equipment upgrades and changes. Work with corporate real estate teams internally to ensure new offices abide by company equipment standards, ensuring that all equipment is uniform office to office.

5+ years of experience as an audio-visual technician
Experience with conference room/meeting room set up and maintenance
Experience providing technical support for users as it pertains to AV devices
Strong communication
Open to domestic travel up to 40% of the time
