We are hiring a perm Client Support Consultant to learn the platform and then diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems. The primary responsibility of a customer support consultant is to solve any technical issues a customer is having while using their new product or service. They are like technical client facing experts within the product. Problem solvers. Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. Must have strong written skills to correspond with clients, who are often times in the legal field/high level.
