A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Network Operations technician to their team. This person will be responsible for monitoring incoming tickets and resolving them as quickly as possible. If they are not able to resolve them they may escalate to a Engineer. They will Assist engineers on projects, maintenance, and trouble shooting.The ideal candidate is someone who looking to grown and invest in their skills because there is lots of opportunity to growth within this organization.
- 1+ years of experience as a network operations technician
- 2+ years of experience ticketing with Jira
o Monitoring and resolving
- 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of network and security specifically, monitoring networks with PRPG, Cisco, or Solarwinds
Strong communication and professional demeanor
