Job Description

The Corporate Restaurant Field Technician will be supporting our client's Corporate Restaurant locations, addressing issues with installed equipment, and overseeing support efforts while traveling to multiple locations daily. This individual will use their technical skills to troubleshoot respective issues when they arise to ensure the overall equipment health, which would include repairs, installs, and upgrades to restaurant technical systems. The restaurant environment can be dirty so this person needs to be willing to get their hands dirty when resolving issues. In this position, the Corporate Field Technician will also help to manage and ensure the best customer experience for those we serve. This position is not limited to only these functions as the Corporate Support Field Technician's role continues to elevate as we solidify our support efforts around the business needs to ensure technical continuity.

Required Skills & Experience

MUST HAVE:

· Troubleshooting experience -- basic hardware and software

· Field experience - wants someone who is comfortable being out in the field hands on

· High School Diploma, Valid Driver's License

· Comfortable getting hands dirty - restaurant industry can be dirty!

GREAT PERSONALITY - want someone who is hungry, humble, and looking for career growth!

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· ITIL environment experience

· CompTIA+ certification

· POS (Point of Sale) experience

QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Experience
