One of the largest 3PL's is looking for a Remote, WMS/EDI Technical Analyst to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading efforts around new project implementations, change enhancements, team mentorship and development as well as providing continuous improvement to the organization. This individual will be the point of escalation to a 7-person team as they support, troubleshoot, and implement Synapse WMS into customer sites. This position will require in depth EDI Mapping and troubleshooting experience - as EDI will be part of their day to day work. * 5+ years of professional experience within the IT / logistics space
* Strong technical experience with WMS applications (Preferably Synapse or high jump, Manhattan Scale etc.)
* Strong EDI mapping/ troubleshooting experience and basic networking knowledge
* Strong leadership experience -- has proven experience excelling in a manager or lead position
* Project management skills -- strong ability to provide effective updates, track timelines and deliverables, communicate cross-functionally
* Excellent communication/ Interpersonal skills -- go getter mentality
* Experience working with Parcel applications: Ryder specifically uses
the application TechShip with Synapse
Strong experience with EDIHQ
Strong hands-on SQL Development, Linux
* Specific Synapse WMS experience
* Crystal Reporting
* SSRS Development
Strong understanding of API Development
