Insight Global is hiring for a System Administrator to assist in onboarding + offboarding Contact Center Agents. We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in provisioning users in Active Directory, Cisco Call Management, Variant Call Reporting, etc. This administrator will be responsible for Customer Service calls for Contact Center, adjusting access to systems, and going through system menus.
- Working alongside the Contact Center teams for onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Provisioning + Deprovisioning users from Contact Center Systems
- Working within Cisco Call Management, Variant Call Recording
- Communicating with Contact Center leadership concerning the access requirements for team members
