Job Description

Insight Global health is looking for a dedicated payroll administrator that is also well-versed in employee benefits for a healthcare client in Tampa, FL. This candidate will be responsible for:

· Processing bi-weekly payroll for a large multi-unit, multi-state healthcare organization

· Fielding employee and manager questions related to payroll, timekeeping, and PTO accruals.

· Maintaining payroll records necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.

· Reconciling monthly benefit invoices.

· Assisting the Human Resources Director and HR Generalist with benefits and 401(k) compliance and administration, as needed.

· Pulling reports, complete audits, and generate census data, as needed.

· Maintaining employee personnel and benefit files.

· Demonstrating utmost confidentiality with company and employee information and records.

· Participating in other HR-related assignments as needed

· Collaborating with Benefits Committee on benefits including health and welfare.

· Assisting with administering employee leave benefits including FMLA, leave of absences, ADA and disability leave.

Required Skills & Experience

· HS Diploma or GED required.

· 1-3 years of payroll experience

-extensive paycom experience

-experience processing payroll for a multi-state, multi unit org

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving skills.

· Able to manage and multi-task work in a strong-paced environment.

· Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships within all levels of the organization
