Insight Global's Client is looking for a Helpdesk Representative to sit onsite local to Jacksonville, Florida. This person will be responsible for Managing a triage of IT Support requests via phone and in-person by providing resolution if within expertise or assigns and routes to the next tier technician or IT systems professional. Responding to IT Support requests to include hardware, operating systems, desktop applications, network access, telecommunications, end user administration, and printers. And submit change requests when required that document the sequence of steps or activities that an assigned individual would follow to apply a system change using the published change management procedures and templates.
