Insight Global is looking for a fully remote Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to support their client out of Tampa, Florida. Day to day they will be supporting their business operations and billing team with case management. They will spend most of their time in Salesforce looking at reporting and analyzing trends. These cases will be billing requests managed through Salesforce, and they will be responsible for reporting on these cases. They will be responsible for tracking any overdue cases, reporting on SLA breaches, along with tracking other data related to their billing processes. Additionally, they will be responsible for process improvements and dispatching requests coming through from customers to their billing team and making sure they are completed.
- At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce
- Service Cloud experience (Case Management)
