Job Description

One of our top clients is seeking for onsite Desktop Support Technicians to join their team. This position will be onsite to support internal users on any Level 2 needs needed from the end user. Support can vary from re-installing laptops, adding users to AD groups, installing new monitors, changing out hardware, troubleshooting Citrix/ email issues and more. This person will be the sole provider for the clients Florida site. Culture is very important to this team as well! An additional break-down of the day to day and the clients environment is shown below -

Client Environment
· Hardware installation (~10-15 computer builds per month)
o 80 users onsite
o 120-150 users remote attached to the building
· Hardware upgrade
o About 5 users a month to upgrade
· Remote support
o About 15 hours per week of prime support on the phone switch to help the NA team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in of Desktop Support experience in a PC/Windows environment.
- Have previously worked in an IT call center or service center OR comfortable working on the phones to provide IT support
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 products (Examples: exchange, Azure, ADFS, ect.)
Extensive experience with Active Directory

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Apple products
Bilingual in French
