Data & Analytics Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on data and analytics. This role will be a part of the SMO (Separation Management Office). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from data, improving decision-making processes, and supporting the organization's overall data-driven strategy. As a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business needs, and leverage your analytical and technical expertise to drive data-driven solutions.

-5+ years of experience in business analysis

-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Synapse Analytics (formerly known as Azure SQL Data Warehouse).

-Hands-on experience with Data Factory & Synapse pipelines.

-Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis.

-Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

-Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts.

-Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.

-Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics best practices.

*Must Reside in either Eastern or Central time zone.
