Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a service coordinator to support their client on site in Tampa, Florida. This candidate will be a part of their service team supporting clients and communicating with internal field technicians in order to complete requests. They must be very organized and comfortable communicating on the phone. Day to day they can expect to be fielding requests through email, their customer portal, and through the phone from customers and seeing those requests through by communicating with employees in the field to make sure all requests are scheduled and then completed. It is imperative that this individual can handle high volume and high pressure situations as this is a customer facing role.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong computer skills

- Experience with Microsoft office, Outlook, Smartsheet or similar software.

- At least 1 year of customer service experience

- High School Diploma

- Reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Dispatching experience

- Bachelors degree
