Product Content Operations Manager

The Product Manager/Ops
- Work to gather requirements for all content deliverables, collaborating with all impacted teams including creative and technology for agreement.
- Actively participate in the structure design and data agreements for content schemas and builds. Support the testing and triage during development and production.
- Document the content features including background, strategy, steps to build, test, and produce. Support the ongoing Product team documentation including project briefs, scope/requirement documents, Guest prioritized needs, etc.
- Support relevant defect triage activities by working with technical, creative and production teams to identify cause through resolution, providing support and escalation for blockers/impediments.
- Communicate with partners of multiple levels across Digital & Technology and the broader organization through several mediums (ie. presentations, email, formal/informal meetings).

- 2 years of experience product and digital
- Familiar with CMS tools (Tridion, AEM, Drupal, Wordpress)
- Comfortable in Agile
- Understands Jira
- Communicate with partners within Disney
- Prioritization

- Voice (alexa, siri, google)
