Job Description
The Director, Analytics Engineering is responsible for leading development, implementation, and operations of the organization's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning program. This strategic leader works closely alongside the Director Data Engineering, Director Data Governance, and Business Insights to support analytics driven initiatives to elevate support of the organization's users and staff. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, senior technical leader, experienced in implementing an enterprise-wide AI and ML engineering practice. This position reports to the VP of Enterprise Data Strategy.

- 7+ yrs experience in formal analytics program leadership, ideally in a transformation environment.
- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Significant experience in Azure Databricks or equivalent technology stack. Databricks Lakehouse, Feature engineering, MLFlow, AutoML, Notebooks, Cluster and Jobs management, Lakehouse monitoring, Unity Catalog, and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience hiring, leading, and developing high-functioning analytics engineering teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using Data Governance Frameworks built in tools like Azure Purview
