Job Description

Our client is looking for a Video Production Specialist to join their team! The Video Production Specialist will assemble video and audio materials for produced branded video content and internal pieces. This individual will work closely with the Audiovisual Communications Manager on quick turnaround projects that include (but are not limited to) short-form social media content, promos, webcasts / podcasts, and long-form training/internal videos.

Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):

Editing branded video and audio content to high standards with supporting motion graphics

Animating all graphics, custom intros/outros, lower thirds, transitions and typography in videos

Sourcing and researching footage and audio clips

Organizing files following technical post-production workflows as established

Collaborating with team members to organize and maintain copies and versioning of assets

Required Skills & Experience

MUST HAVES:

3 years of experience editing for web, television or social media or related area
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Film/Televsion or Broadcasting OR equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Adobe Creatives Suite, primarily Premiere Pro, Photoshop
After Effects, Encoder and Audition experience
Follow specific post-production delivery systems and formats, social media guidelines and aspect ratio templates to meet video production standards
Strong video editing skills to create high quality end products
Color grading skills
Understanding of pacing, audio mix and overall look and feel of the final piece
