A tobacco company in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for an End-User Services Manager. You will be responsible for helpdesk management, incident management and escalations management. They are a 95% Windows shop, and their helpdesk is responsible for password resets, new hires, terminations, break-fix, troubleshooting and access management. You will be responsible for working on the helpdesk process and having a vision for the direction of the team.
* Helpdesk management experience (team of 5 agents)
