Job Description

Candidate will run full-cycle Human Resources for a small, third-party insurance company located in Downtown Miami. This role is fully onsite.



Responsibilities:

- Assisting with payroll issues and ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.

- Providing feedback to employees and assisting in setting performance goals.

- Identifying training needs and organizing training programs.

- Supporting employee skill development and career growth.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.

- Ensuring adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws.

- Handling legal matters, such as employee grievances and disputes.

- Aligning HR strategies with the organization's overall business objectives.

- Managing employee separations and conducting exit interviews.

- Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of HR experience

- Experience with regulating HIPPA and other Legal HR regulations
