IT Systems Engineer

Insight Global is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join a growing retail organization. This individual will be responsible for providing internal Windows and Mac related support under AWS infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to networking issues, technical issues, software operational support for third party applications, setting up new routers and machines, and administering new Microsoft Windows servers. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting in an AWS cloud environment.



-Please note that this individual must work 5 days onsite in Wynwood, Florida

- 5+ years of IT Systems Engineer experience

- Experience using Active Directory for administration, support, and deployment

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 for final user environments

- Ability to provide internal support for both Windows and Mac laptops

- Ability to set up new routers, machines, computers, printers, etc.

- Knowledge of AWS virtual infrastructure - administration, deployments, servers

- Bachelor's degree in IT field

- Previous retail/apparel industry experience
