Financial Analyst

Day to day:

This role will support one of the major cruise lines on the Destination Development team in updating actuals and forecasting the portfolio of JV investment financials and conducting ad hoc analyses as needed for portfolio investments. This may include managing the liquidity needs of each project and communicating recommendations based on investment circumstances, managing the port berthing agreements and minimum guarantees, and finding ways to optimize financials given specific JV needs.

MUST HAVES:

* Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant field

* 3+ years experience in a financial role

* Strong communications skills (written and oral)

* Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

Plusses:

* Accounting, Asset management, or real estate experience

* Esbase Experience

* Equity method accounting experience

* Experience working with joint venture investments
