An employer in the railroad industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team remotely in the United States. This individual will be joining the Oracle HCM team and will be responsible for driving requirements, with an emphasis on aligning the HCM Data/Reporting strategy with the Enterprise Data Analytics strategy. Prior exposure to Oracle HCM/Fusion/Peoplesoft is a must and this individual also needs to have a broad understanding of Data & Reporting.
5+ years of experience in Business, Data or Reporting Analyst roles
Experience w/ Oracle HCM (functional understanding)
Experience driving requirements and working directly with Data Engineering and Report Development teams
