Insight Global is looking for a helpdesk technician to join our IT department and provide technical support to our employees and customers. You will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, escalating complex problems to the tier 2 helpdesk team, and documenting solutions in our knowledge base.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. You should also be able to work under pressure, follow instructions, and learn new technologies quickly.
-Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is a plus
-Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
-Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and other common applications
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
-Customer service orientation and patience
