Job Description

Administrative Assistant for US Trust Personal Tax Solutions. Responsibilities include working with full-time administrative staff in assembling and handling income tax returns creating cover letters and packages for overnight delivery to clients as well as tax authorities. Must be able to work a full 40 hour work week. Occasional overtime may be required.

Suppliers must use the job seeker comments section to document how each job seeker meets or exceeds these requirements at the time of submission. All job seekers submitted must meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:
1. Experience using scanning software
2. Experience with Adobe pdf flyer
3. Experience organizing and categorizing data for scanning
3. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel - validate via testing
4. Experience in filing including large files as well as papers
5. Ability to multi-task as well as be detailed oriented
6. Must be very professional

Soft Skills:
Go-getter personality. Candidates MUST be committed to the assignment for the duration of the contract - contractors expected to be in the office 5 days a week and some OT may be required but not guaranteed occasional 1-2 extra hours or possibly a Saturday to meet deadlines.
