10+ years in a senior Security IT role with 5+ years as the CISO.

CISSP, CISM, or other equivalent security certification required with CRISC, CISA, CISM preferred. ITIL, Agile and PMBOK certifications are a plus.

Hands-on Technical Experience with Telecommunications, Networking, Security Solutions (Firewalls, IDS/ IPS, SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment Tools), Access Control Systems, Cryptography, Physical Security Systems, and Secure SDLC Methodologies.

Strong subject matter experience in cloud and on premises environments/technologies/security, DEV/SEC/OPS, vulnerability testing and development of a risk appetite.

15+ years in Information Technology or an IT related field (e.g., IT Audit).

Expertise preparing and delivering Executive and Board presentations.

Hands-on experience with and extensive knowledge of information security technology.

Risk management experience with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to define risk metrics and address challenging business situations.
